We will start our adventures in the Serengeti where we’ll go on private, luxury game drives, then we’ll make our way to Ngorongoro Crater which is the the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera filled with wildlife and then end our safari adventures in Tarangire National Park where you’ll find herds of elephants and stunning scenery.

Safaris are honestly one of the hardest trips to plan but by joining my group trip, all you have to do is show up and the rest is taken care of.

Note: I specifically chose these dates for best safari experiences PLUS it is PTO-Friendly since July 4 falls within these dates. Ideally, you'll use around 7 days of PTO with the federal holiday and weekends.

What's Included?

Luxury Hotels/Accommodations: All hotels and overnight stays are included. Hotels are unlikely to change, but we reserve the right to adjust due to any unforeseen circumstances. If so, hotel will be similar or an upgrade.
Transportation: All transportation during the trip is included.
Arrival and Departure Transfer: Arrival Transfer from Kilmanjaro Airport (JRO) and Departure Transfer from our hotel in Zanzibar to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ)
Local Experienced Guides: We'll have experienced safari experts and guides with us
Photographer: We will have a professional photographer with us capturing wildlife photos and photos of you!
All photos and videos will be shared after the group trip.
Meals: All meals listed in itinerary are included
Drinks and Alcoholic Beverages: Drinks and alcohol are included during our safari and select hotels
Activities: All activities listed in itinerary are included including park fees

Note: Once you sign up for the trip, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group with me and the rest of the travelers so you can meet everyone before the trip and ask any questions! I'll also be sending a dedicated guide including packing tips, travel requirements such as visa information and insurance information, and vaccination requirements so don't worry about those items for now.

What's NOT Included?

Visas: If you're a US citizen, you need a visa for Tanzania
Note: There is an e-visa you apply for online ahead of time and I can help you through this.
Insurance: There is mandatory insurance required for Tanzania
Note: You apply for the insurance online ahead of time and I can help you through this.
International Flights: Flights to and from Tanzania are NOT included.
Tips for Guides: Gratuity for drivers and guides are highly appreciated.
Optional Activities: There are optional activities (hot air balloon ride, diving, and snorkeling) that are not included but you can add on.
Additional Accommodations: Accommodations before and after the trip are not included but you can add on.
Personal Items: Souvenirs and personal shopping are not included.

Cost

Single Spot in a Double Occupancy Room: $7495 USD ($7295 for first 10 bookings with $200 off early bird special)

Note: All hotel rooms will be booked on a double occupancy basis (2 people per room)
Friends/Family are welcome to room together at request.
Solo travelers (female only) will be thoughtfully paired based on questionnaire responses and everyone will be added to a group chat after you sign up so you can get to know other solo travelers. Most people on my group trips come as solo travelers and become friends!
Single rooms are an additional add-on and availability is very limited. If you prefer your own room for the entire trip, then you can select this add-on at check out. Single supplement add-on pricing is $2780 for your own room for all 10 nights.

Deposit: To secure your spot on the trip only a 20% deposit is required ($1499).

The remaining balance is on a flexible payment schedule with final balance due 2 months before the trip on May 2, 2028.
